This is a mandatory meeting for students and counselors attending camp. At this meeting, we will offer complimentary Health Screens and collect any medications, answer questions regarding camp, transportation, activities, cabin assignments and counselors!

HEALTH SCREENINGS

We are requiring that each camper complete a mandatory Health Screen. Without this screening, students will not be allowed to attend camp. The Bridge offers a complimentary screening at the Pre-Camp Meeting where we will ask a few simple questions to ensure your student shows no sign of illness.

Please do not send a child to the Health Screening with a fever, flu-like or Covid symptoms, they will not be allowed to attend camp. If your student is ill, give us a call to let us know.

How much is camp and when do I pay?

The cost of Winter Camp during the Early Bird Special is $379.

Early Bird ends at midnight Dec 15th and the cost will then go up to $429.

A deposit of $100 is required to register and secure a spot. Payments may be made in any increment, at any time until paid in full.

The final camp balance is due no later than Jan. 31st.

What do I do with prescription medications?

All medications, prescription and over-the-counter, must be turned in during the Health Screen at the PreCamp Meeting. Campers are not allowed to have any medication in their bags or on their person. The only exceptions are inhalers or epi-pens.

All medications must be entered on The Bridge Medical Release Form. Medications not listed on The Bridge Medical Release Form will not be allowed at camp.

When you come to the Health Screen on Thursday, Feb 13th, screeners will take your medication and match it to what was entered on your form. Please bring all medications in a zip lock bag labeled with your camper's first and last name c/o The Bridge Bible Church.

Can I send letters/packages to my camper?

Because Winter Camp is such a short period of time, we don’t recommend sending letters or packages.

What if I need to pick my camper up early or bring them up late?

If for any reason, you are bringing your camper up late or picking them up early, you will need to notify our Student Ministry Assistant, Ally Miller at ally@thebridgebiblechurch.com as soon as possible. It will severely delay our departure or return if we do not know of these special circumstances in advance.

What should I pack?

Bible, notebook, pen/pencil, flashlight, sleeping bag, pillow, towel, toiletries, warm clothes, water bottle, jacket, hat/beanie, gloves, boots, additional spending money.
